About Our Wines

Miracle One Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are both created from grapes sourced from the Carneros region of California. The grapes that make up Miracle One Chardonnay are sourced from the most premium vineyard in the Carneros region called the Sangiacomo Vineyards within Sonoma County, California. The grapes that created our Pinot Noir are sourced from the Truchard Vineyards within Napa County, California. The Carneros is a well established AVA (American Viticulture Area), which stretches across the southern sections of the legendary Sonoma and Napa Valleys. True to the spirit of authenticity, the region gained its AVA status in 1983 due to its distinctive climates rather than political boundaries.

Geographically, the Carneros region is known for its thin, shallow clay soils, light rainfall, and gently sloping terrain - the perfect climate for growing cool climate grape varietals. Climatically, a light fog from the San Pablo Bay gently flows throughout the vineyards, allowing more delicate varietals such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to develop crisp acidity and lively flavors. The vines slowly heat up during the day, while at night the cool fog chills the soft skins of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The unique geographic and climatic factors allow the grapes to develop lush aromas and flavors while maintaining balanced acidity and moderate sugar levels.
