The 2009 Pinot Noir (Truchard Vineyards) is sourced from five distinct blocks (Swan, Pommard, Bowl, Dijon, and Martini) throughout the vineyard. Each block is laid down in barrels for 12 months in French and American oak, then blended together to form a well balanced Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes: Classic Pinot Noir aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with a hint of cranberry and spice. This lush Pinot Noir has great balance of acidity and will pair well with a variety of foods.
